the Recycle

"Sometimes you've gotta lose it all before you find your way."

Life is a jungle, everywhere you see out to the periphery there is growth. Soon enough all you can see is the trees, even to the point where it obscures your vision and all of the life around you freezes you where you are. People have replaced trees, with shit. The shit is everything, not just the obvious money, drugs, fucking. It new gadgets that you never had before but suddenly can't live without, it obsession with all of the wrong things. We took something as wholesome and necessary and beneficial as trees and replaced them with clothes, and diamonds, and unfulfilled dreams. But like the earth's natural landscape every now and then disaster strikes, and scorches the surface down to it's barest elements. What at a glance is total destruction is in fact just the replenishment. Everything that was is now not, and everything it used is given back so the next ones can have their shot. Their shot at what? Their shot to take it back to the start, and maybe they won't stop. Maybe they'll never stop going wherever it is they're going until they get there. How will they know when they got there? Its the end. What do you think its like? How could you not know it?
